We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains how change-of-mind returns, damaged goods, and warranty claims work under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Change of mind
- Request within 14 days of delivery for unused, resaleable items
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
- Custom, cut-to-size, or special-order items may be non-returnable
- Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect deliveries on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything is damaged or incorrect. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
How to start a return
