Most Luxern Home products include a manufacturer warranty in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Cover overview
- Tapware & mixers: typically up to 5–15 years (product dependent)
- Toilets & cisterns: typically up to 5–10 years
- Vanities & cabinets: typically up to 2–5 years on structure
- Bathtubs: typically up to 5–10 years
Exact cover periods and exclusions are listed on each product page or packing slip. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
What is not covered
- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Normal wear, scratches, or finish variation
- Damage from water quality issues outside product specifications
