Delivery coverage
Standard delivery is available to metro and most regional areas in Australia. Remote locations may attract a freight surcharge — our team will confirm costs before your order is finalised.
Free shipping threshold
Orders over $1,000 AUD (before shipping upgrades) qualify for free standard shipping to metro areas. Thresholds and exclusions may apply to oversized baths, vanities, and kitchen cabinets.
Lead times
- In-stock accessories & tapware: typically 2–5 business days
- Vanities, toilets & basins: typically 5–10 business days
- Bathtubs & kitchen cabinets: typically 7–14 business days
